Good clean food and great customer service! I stayed at the Hotel next door and this place was great as I worked late and didn't eat until around 9pm.

    Was very happy

Wish I would've looked on Yelp prior to eating here.

Place seemed decent enough when I walked in. I was greeted promptly then had a menu slid around on the counter in front of me. I placed my order. BBQ Beef plate. Perfect. Not too pricey. I'm willing to pay if the meal is worth it.

IT TOOK FOREVER!!! I was starting to think that they had to go slaughter the cow to make the beef! As I stood and waited, a phone order came in (that was ready before mine, and it was 5 meals!), another customer came in and ordered a dine-in meal (he was served before me). I wasn't acknowledged again until about 15 minutes later when my one single meal was ready for me to leave with.

The potato macaroni salad was horrid. I've eaten at other "Hawaiian" food places that have put tuna in their macaroni salad. This was not even close to that! It was warm, bland and was overbearingly fishy!

The meat was NOT tender (as the menu promised). It was full of fatty pieces and gristle. And if that wasn't bad enough... IT TASTED LIKE FISH!!!  Are you kidding me?!?!?  Fish?? Learn to clean your grill! Or cook your fish on a separate grill! You cannot serve BEEF to someone that tastes like FISH!!

Thank you, Huli Huli, for ruining my lunch. Trust me when I say that I will NEVER consider giving your business a second chance. Oh... And tell your cook to light a fire under his ass! I've seen turtles that moved faster than him!

Myself and my coworkers first time visiting this grill. The only reason I am giving it a two is because the cashier was very friendly. I got the shrimp chow mein  and it wasn't tasteful at all.  The noodles were under cooked. The appearance of the restaurant was ok. We didn't eat at the grill because it was too hot inside the restaurant to eat our food.

I ordered the Shrimp Lobster Sauce. Man that name was misleading, it was soup. It didn't even have taste, it tasted bland af. Never coming back.

I hate to have to review a business so low but quite frankly, the food is horrible. I stopped by with a huge craving of Hawaiiian BBQ, rice and macaroni salad. I bought 2 plates one for my husband and one for me. I got home and we started to eat eagerly. Once we tasted the food, we decided to just share one plate together and throw the other plate in the trash. I know it sounds harsh but the teriyaki chicken tasted as if it was boiled in water and coated with teriyaki sauce! The macaroni salad was the worst, it tasted as if they mixed boiled potatoes, boiled macaroni and sour cream, PERIOD! ... no seasonings, no salt, no mayo, no sugar, no nothing.. it just wasn't worth the money at all, especially having to throwing it all away.
